Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by [Shishodia Web Solution] (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to any individual or entity (“Client”) purchasing our web development services. By engaging our services, the Client agrees to these terms.
1. Services
We agree to provide web development services as outlined in the project proposal or service agreement. The scope of work, timelines, and deliverables will be clearly defined and mutually agreed upon prior to starting the project.
2. Payment Terms
A deposit of [X%] is required before project commencement. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion and prior to the website’s launch. Any additional services or modifications requested beyond the original scope will be billed separately and require advance approval.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide all necessary materials (content, images, branding guidelines, etc.) in a timely manner to avoid project delays. The Client is also responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables as they are presented.
4. Revisions
We allow for [X] rounds of revisions to the project during the development phase. Any additional revisions may incur extra charges.
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, the Client will have full ownership of the website, excluding any third-party software or plugins used, which are subject to their respective licensing terms. We reserve the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio.
6. Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information provided by the Client during the project.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the website, including, but not limited to, data loss or service downtime.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
